In 2028, Grace Church will celebrate 50 years of God's faithfulness and grace. We rejoice in the opportunity He has given us to build on His legacy and continue advancing His kingdom in Dover through a new building expansion initiative.
We give praise and thanks to God for His gracious work in building up His Church in Dover. For nearly fifty years, He has richly blessed Grace Church—growing it in many ways and drawing people together across dividing lines into unified worship.
Among these blessings are the resources He has provided, including a wonderful facility and land that allow for continued expansion. He has also given gifted and capable members to lead a building project as the congregation continues to grow.
As Grace enters its next season of ministry, the Lord has given its leadership a vision for continued healthy growth. This includes expanding and renovating our facilities so that the entire congregation can gather for worship, establishing a dedicated space for discipleship and education, and strengthening our presence in the community—offering care, support, and a welcoming place to gather, all for the sake of the gospel.

We invite you to join us in prayer and generosity as we raise funds for a building that will serve as a beacon of hope, worship, and community for generations. This campaign is about more than bricks and mortar—it is continuing to build God's legacy and working together to bless our city and beyond.
As we join together in prayer—asking God to guide our plans, unite our hearts, and reveal His glory through this place—let us also join together in giving.
As you feel led, use the buttons below to take your next step in joining us in this kingdom building work.

We have engaged Century Engineering to perform a Ground Penetrating Radar survey and a topographic survey, with the work feeding into current drawings to identify subsurface utilities and refine elevations and contours. This data will be incorporated into the site plan to reveal buried infrastructure, adjust grading, and update the existing blueprints accordingly.
Wallce-Montgomery will produce a concept-level site plan to visualize the overall layout, circulation, and relationships between key elements, providing an early design framework that will drive revisions to current drawings and blueprints to better reflect spatial organization and flow.
Green Diamond Builders will develop a Sanctuary-focused concept-level plan, including initial concepts and phasing, with Sanctuary prioritized as the first phase per leadership direction, and this sequencing will be reflected in updated drawings and construction documents.
Together, these efforts will refine and overhaul the current drawings and blueprints to reflect subsurface data, improved site layouts, and phased implementation.
